I'll be honest with you: I hardly ever use Wine. Seriously, nine times out of 10, the right solution is to find a native or cross-platform program that does what you want, rather than begging us for help trying to run a program not designed for your OS when clearly a better alternative exists. You do *not* want to be mucking around with Wine on a Mac if you can help it (unless you're someone like me who likes playing with such stuff), because it is not friendly to run at all-ask yourself, why are you here at all?

I'm telling you: a native Mac application is a vastly superior experience to running a Windows program in Wine. Then, you won't have to run the Windows version in Wine.

For VBA-M, there are none at all! So tell you what I'm going to do: I'm going to build VBA-M from source, and provide the bundle to you myself. I looked on their website and found that, for vintage VBA, there are no releases for Mac OS X past 1.7.
